Technical Specifications

ACE Indicators provide a robust set of data at the ZIP+4 level, enabling institutions to develop a better understanding of their customers’ credit behavior. The data set is developed using a proprietary Nielsen Claritas methodology applied to data received from the Equifax Credit Marketing Database. It contains a wide range of aggregated ZIP+4 level credit measures, including the average number of active accounts, average account balance and limit, and the number of accounts that have been established most recently.
