Senior Vice President of Claritas Analytical Consulting & Services

Jeff Milgroom is Senior Vice President of Claritas Analytical Consulting & Services (formerly Integras Consulting). In this position, Mr. Milgroom is responsible for overseeing the analytical consultants, modelers and implementation engineers. He is based at the San Diego, Calif. office, but works primarily from his home office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Previously, Mr. Milgroom was Vice President of Sales for Integras and responsible for the sales consultants and client service staff.

Prior to joining the Integras staff, Mr. Milgroom was Vice President/Practice Leader for the Claritas Retail, Restaurant and Real Estate (R3) industries served by Claritas and responsible for communicating industry best practices to R3 clients and for business development.

Mr. Milgroom’s career with Claritas began indirectly in 1994 when he joined National Decision Systems (NDS), a major information services firm acquired by Claritas’ one-time parent company, Dutch conglomerate VNU, in 1997. (VNU reorganized in 2007 under the name The Nielsen Company.) NDS later merged with Claritas under the Claritas name in 1999. During the three years he was with NDS, Mr. Milgroom was responsible, in part, for writing and presenting numerous sales proposals that led to successful client engagements, including SBC, Mobil, Office Depot, GTECH Corporation and Bank of America.

Prior to re-joining Claritas in 2005, Mr. Milgroom was an Assistant Vice President of Database Marketing at MetLife in New York City where he led a database marketing organization focused on developing client acquisition, cross-sell and retention opportunities throughout the enterprise for both direct and face-to-face distribution channels. This was the second of two stints at MetLife, having also worked there from 1997-99 as Director of Market Development.

In between his work at MetLife, Mr. Milgroom held the position of Assistant Vice President, Customer Relationship Management, at GE Capital in Stamford, CT. While there, he developed prospect databases supporting client acquisition, cross-sell, retention and service.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economic Geography from Clark University in Worcester, MA where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the academic honor society. Mr. Milgroom also received a Masters of Urban Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994 and a MBA from Columbia University in 2002.
