Computer Technical Requirements
The following minimum requirements are necessary for ordering reports and maps from SiteReports:
- Operating System – Windows 2000 or later
- Supported Browsers
- Netscape 4.9 or higher
- Internet Explorer 5.5 with Service Pack 2 or higher
- Important Cookies Information –
Your browser must be set to accept cookies to fully access this Claritas e-Commerce site.
- Computer Hardware –
SiteReports will run on any PC that supports the browsers listed above. We recommend that you install Adobe Acrobat Reader for report/map viewing.
- Internet Connection –
28.8 modem to T1 line
Please note that we do not support America Online (AOL) due to technical reasons. Current AOL users are recommended to use another internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. Please contact our Solution Center (1-800-866-6511) for additional details. Alternatively, please contact your Claritas Account Executive (1-800-234-5973) to make arrangements for other methods of receiving your reports/maps. Also, please note that AOL may place reports ordered on SiteReports.com in the spam folder and they may not appear in your normal email message inbox.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, available free
Optional: You may choose to use a zip utility for your SiteReports orders. Zipped files contain one or more files, requiring a zip utility for expanding the compressed files. Zip files save time and space by minimizing download time. A zip utility is recommended, but not required to use SiteReports.
